MrCupp and b10burd3n founded Tech-Noid Systems in 2008 to showcase the darker and lesser-known side of drum & bass, techno and bass music. We went on hiatus in 2014 and came back in 2023.
Sacramento has no shortage of bass music. What it’s short on is the heavier end of it. That’s the gap we’re here to fill.
Open format, leaning bass: drum & bass, deep dubstep, halftime, breaks, techno, and some house.
In 2026 we bought our own sound system, which changed what we’re able to take on. We’re EMP Twitch DJs ourselves, and plenty of that crew has only ever played to a stream — having a rig of our own means we can put them in front of an actual crowd.
