Tech-Noid Systems has its own rig now.

We’d wanted this for years. b10burd3n and I finally bought the speakers this year, and that’s as much about getting Tech-Noid Systems moving again as it is about the gear.

Putting It To Work

We pointed it at the SDJA BBQ — the Tech-Noid Systems stage at Discovery Park, open decks from 10am and sets straight through until the system went off at sunset.

Showcasing the system was the obvious reason. The better one: we’re EMP Twitch DJs ourselves, and plenty of that crew around Sacramento has only ever played to a stream. Playing to a park full of people is a different thing entirely, and the rig is there for them to use.
